The on-site Packaging facility is highly regulated and EU FMD compliant.
Noumed’s packaging facility houses four high speed packaging lines, each capable of running up to an operational speed of between 300-500 blisters per minute.
The high-speed packaging lines are fitted with auto cartonators, Track and Trace, banding and 2D barcoding capability.

This Packaging facility is EU FMD compliant. This is achieved through unique identity encoding and the application of serialization onto every packaging unit produced here as required. We operate within strictly controlled environmental and medical regulations to protect consumers by ensuring medicines supplied are safe.
The new EU FMD regulations improve the protection of public health. Essentially, the goal is to create a European Medicines Verification System (EMVS) with point-of-dispense verification for most prescription medicines and selected high-risk over the counter (OTC) products. This is achieved through unique identity encoding and the application of serialization onto every packaging unit.

The fully equipped warehouse has provisions to store materials requiring cold storage conditions. It also has a dedicated area to store controlled substances
